Butterfly Apartments

Clean and spacious room. Great value for money. Great wifi. One of the cleanest bathrooms i have seen in this area actually.

A little distant from city center. It was hard to find using offline map directions as the place does not have a name to help guide the guests. Outside the room area is somehow empty, the hot water station/ kitchen for tea or coffee is not very convenient. We ordered in some food late at night and the set up to eat inside the room was weird so perhaps work developing the outside area of the room for added comfort.

Staff and the owner are very friendly, if you have any questions just ask the owner, he lives nearby.

Sometimes the power is off due to network.

The room was quite spacious, and the host was very nice, kind and helpful. They have a security guard waiting at the entrance full-time, and I felt very safe staying in this property.

the property is great and in a good location.

sometimes the power would go out which limited access to hot water and as the larger appliances were on the local power grid there was no alternative in the lodging to cook or heat up anything. But there is solar power which keeps the lights ands internet on which was nice. There was an outdoor grill and coffee station set up near the pool as an alternative. it's good to note that the water is supplied from the Zambezi river.

The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to all my questions. They were present to welcome me in the property and had recommendations

The location is a little far from town

Staff is nice and the pool area is good.

Pictures do not really tell the truth. They never do, but here the reality was disappointing.You can see tear and wear of the apartments. Water is brownish and does not get clear. We had an apartment that supposingly had a sofa bed. Couldn't find it. Overall it is a good place for a few nights, when it's not to warm outside. First night we had high temperatures inside and missed an air condition. A few spider webs in the bathroom,

The place was a bit dark outside! More lights out would make the more attractive. The place is in a safe neighborhood though

Butterfly apartments is in a very nice environment. We stayed in a fully equipped, very clean apartment. Cooker & kettle didn’t work most of the time but there was a backup option in a separate area with a gas cooker. A nice add-on would be if additional information/offers around livingstone and Victoria falls would be available. Ideally you have a car to get around.
