Butterfly Apartments

This is a lovely place. Our host, Paul, was lovely. It’s a walkable distance from town. The place was clean. They had constant hot water and a genuinely lovely ambiance

The co-host was lovely, he showed us around town and was very nice and patient with us. He even took us to the Vic Falls. Thank you so much Peter

Internet wasn't working the second day of our stay, we couldn't book the next hotel... Router shouldn't be placed in anyone's room, it should be available all the time for fixing if it's broken No electricity from the grid so we had to use the outside kitchen - keys should always be available for someone on the spot so that there's no need to look for them and wait

We had a wonderful experience. While the facilities were good value for money , the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. One of the highlights was their thoughtfulness in accommodating my disabled mother. When she was unable to use the bathtub in our room, they quickly made provisions to ensure her comfort, which I deeply appreciated. Their kindness and attention to detail were outstanding. Although Zambia is currently experiencing power cuts, Butterfly Apartments had excellent measures in place, including a backup battery and a gas kitchen, ensuring we were never inconvenienced. Plus, there was a lovely dog named Biscuit who added a warm, homely touch to the stay.

The location, the staff, the pool and the apartment. Also the fact they have put up solar equipment and you're able to use a few things during the loadshedding. Peter was really accommodating towards us and even helped us moving around town when necessary. Dog Biscuit made friends with our 10 month old son, who kept on checking if Biscuit was outside or not.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
