Super friendly staff, clean, modern and spacious room

Minden várakozásunkat felülmúlta a szállás. Nagyon sok aktív programlehetőség volt a völgyben, rengeteget kirándultunk a szép hegyeken és nap végén megpihentünk a helyi éttermek valamelyikében. A szálláson nagyon figyeltek a tisztaságra, mindig tökéletes volt a szoba, az erkénynek külön örültünk, ami gyönyörű kilátást nyújtott a hegyekre, nagyon kellemes volt reggel vagy nap végén kiülni oda. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, reggelinél és vacsoránál is lesték, h miben lehetnek a kedvünkre. Nagyon bőséges volt a reggeli és nagyon finom, minőségi termékekből lehetett választani. A völgyben rengeteg kirándulási lehetőség van, gyalogosan vagy kerékpárral, sok felvonó elérhető, ahogy több bolt és üzlet is. Nagyon jó helyen fekszik a szállás, ahonnan minden könnyen elérhető volt.

All was great, the hotel, the breakfast, the cleaning, the facilities, the location and most important the hosts.

We booked the hotel through Crystal Ski for a week long snowboard trip with friends. Upon checking in the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed with a great walk in shower. Breakfast was continental with the option of eggs and the selection wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but certainly not stingy. Again, the breakfast staff were exceptional. Boot room was large and easily accessed and the ski bus stopped directly outside of you didn’t fancy the 10 min walk to Penkanbahn. Would we stay again? 100%

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to everything. The sauna facilities were a perfect way to relax after skiing. Above all, the staff stood out the most—they made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place!
