Fairfield Inn & Suites Warsaw

This is a great place to stay given the alternatives nearby. The breakfast was below average, they could do much better. The room is very practical for a good night of sleep, nothing fancy but gets the job done. Great Value!

Breakfast was really weak.

Charged me for internet!!??? They have free regular internet or extra for high speed internet. We didn't ask for high speed internet but, we got it anyway. View from the room and the general area was somewhat disappointing.

I will NEVER stay here again. EVER . There is not one good thing I could say about my stay from start to finish. Rude unprofessional front desk employee, dingy overly used sheets , bed dipped in the middle, towels had an odor and felt stiff like they were line dryed. I promise you will regret spending your hard earned money here !!!

Room, lobby and outdoor space very clean

When I checked in, the key card worked byt the door would not open. Had to go down to front desk & they assigned another room. Ice maker did not work on the 4th floor. Had to go down to the erd floor.

Convenience of location. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

The beds were a little too soft. Door was off kilter in the opening and needs adjustment. Hot water was opposite of normal.

I travel to this hotel regularly (nearly monthly) for personal travel. Management recently changed and the vibe of the hotel is no longer upbeat or even happy. I was sad to see the usual staff gone, food quality dropped, and a constant flow of FoxNews on the TV. Regardless of your political position I think we can agree that we should go back to Good Morning America. I hope they turn this around soon!
