Watch your credit card charges here. I stayed three nights, paid for by someone else via Expedia. They still needed my card for incidentals, which is fine. However, they charged my card $490! I never got an explanation what this charge was but they did credit my card, 2 days later. Then, after check out, there was another charge to my card for $139.44! I've been on the phone with the hotel manager and their corporate office. They say it is being resolved but as of this writing, I have not gotten the credit to my account yet. Room was great but they just need better training and staff who care. They were all in their early 20s and just didn't seem to care.

WORST. Blood stained bed cover, few-week-long bed sheet and pillow cover, dirty towel with somebody's long hairs, no hair dryer, no elevator, rude hotel staff, no breakfast that should've been included according to booking.com. Booking. com should stop introducing this crazy-terrible hotel immediately. I've never stayed at the super-uncomfortable hotel before.

The ice had a bad taste and the machine was broken on the 4th floor where we stayed

Staff was nice. There was a hole in the ceiling over toilet ..looked like it had been there.the fridge was not plugged in. We got moved to another room . The phone was unplugged from wall. The soap in bathroom in shower was empty. Aside from that everything else was good
