Fairfield Inn & Suites Warsaw

The property was nice and very accommodating. I've stayed before with no issues and will again.

The bathroom door didn't close, the security latch was out of the wall, and there were stains on the mattress.

This was our second time staying there and the first time the pool was closed. Now when we stayed here again it was closed again! That was our main thing to go to spend time in the pool as a family. I asked for a refund since that is why we were there and they didn't have all the amenities but I did not hear anything back from them. I am very unhappy about our stay. Our whole family was really upset we had to work on getting our spirits back up to have fun. Their breakfast was not good at all. We could have stayed at a better hotel for less money per night with a pool and good food. The one we usually stay at you can make your own waffles. This place has waffles but it's in a plastic sealed bag and has absolutely no flavor. I realize I maybe should have called to see if the pool is open but why would you not think it isn't open? I feel it was in there best interest to let the people know that we're planning on staying there that the pool is closed, I think that would be just common courtesy!

The room was clean.

The staff was not good. They tried to give me a king room when I had reserved two queen beds. They said they didn’t have any clean yet, when it was 40 minutes past check-in time. No one answered the front desk phone, they let it just ring and ring for 10 minutes.

Came to town to move a family member and checked in around 9

Very clean, helpful, friendly staff at check in

Stay one night and was very pleased with the hotel. Staff were super friendly, hotel was very clean and breakfast was great.
