Exceptionally clean and welcoming hotel- if you are in Warsaw, you have got to stay here!

Wonderful, clean place to stay. Heater in pool is "in and out" and staff said they were waiting on a part. Freezing temp in pool.

The property overbooked the place and we had to find last minute options.

Room was nice and clean. All you hear the entire night is doors slamming. You can hear everything going on in the hallways and the rooms next to you.

Stayed here on November 15, 2022. When we checked in the clerk searched the computer for a room for us, found one and then showed the screen to 2 other clerks. One of them said its okay, so we got the room and went out to dinner before going to the room. After getting our belongings to the room we settled down to watch TV. When it wouldn’t work, the front desk was called to see if someone could help. Were notified that there was a block of rooms that the TVs did not work. Techs had been called, but had not shown up. They knew this when we checked in, but did not disclose it. Had they been up front, we would have declined the room and gone somewhere else. Five hours with no entertainment after a full day of driving. Next morning when we checked out we asked to see the manager and learned she would not be in until noon. We said we felt we should have a reduction in our room rate, and she said she would tell the manager. Two and a half weeks later we still have not heard from anyone at Fairfield. Moral of the story: ask if the TV works if it is important to you. If you are in a room with 2 queen beds which suggests there could be 4 persons, why is there only one chair? Imagine sitting on a bed for 5 hours with no back support or TV. We are in our late 70s and 80s. Also, the tub drain came apart and would not stay open while showering. Will not stay here again.

Staff was very welcoming upon arrival. Hotel was very clean. Room very comfortable. Comfortable king bed. Very nice fitness room. Shower was GREAT and tea tree products in shower excellent. Breakfast buffet selection was wonderful. Coffee great. Very grateful for a nice breakfast selection. Overall, a very nice stay.
