Economy Inn Eldorado

There are good amenities for the price, but the overall condition is below average. The Wi-Fi is good, and there is a full-sized refrigerator with freezer and cooktop. The price that I paid was very low, so I am well satisfied with my overnight stay.

There were a couple of good things about staying here. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The TV was adequate and the refrigerator was nice. The The price can't be beat. But the room itself was dirty with a cigarette butt on the floor behind the TV stand. The microwave worked but the turn table did not turn. The dead bolt did not work leaving only the door knob lock for security. The sink drain was clogged and drained slowly. Another plus was that housekeeping did come by regularly to see if I needed anything. All in all, I can't recommend it to anyone, but I would stay there again since it was so reasonably priced.

Went to check in. No one there to great us. Had to ring a bell. A guy came with a dirty t-shirt on. Was unable to check us in. Said this was just his second day and he didn't know the computer system yet. After waiting several minutes to see if he would be able to check us in (we thought we would give him the benefit of the doubt and check out the room first) my husband finally told him we would just go somewhere else and we left. It was around 8:45 p.m. when we arrived and all the lights were already turned off in the lobby even tho we had reservations. It was not a welcoming or inviting atmosphere. We never did even get to see a room, but based on what I did see I would not recommend this as a family friendly place to stay

We have stayed here several times since our house burned down in March. We have yet to receive a complimentary breakfast as said in the description. Things weren't horribly bad until our last visit there. During check in staff only said one or two words and seemed irritated and annoyed about having to check me in. He put us in a room that was not clean. Something had been spilt on the floor and it was sticky and kind of slimy. The bathtub had not been cleaned and there was visible evidence of roaches on bathtub, sink and top of cabinet where tv and fridge was. The fridge was warm so wasn't able to use it. The microwave was dirty and didn't turn like it wasn't supposed to while cooking food. The door to the room did not latch when closed and looked like someone had broke into the room. Staff tried to to prove us wrong by shutting the door and giving us a dirty look so my boyfriend pushed on the door and it opened and staff walked away. Someone did come fix the door soon after. The staff's niece was standing outside close to our room playing inappropriate music super loud and was yelling and screaming about something she was going through. When I asked her to please turn down the music and to please stop yelling she started yelling at me and telling me she was pregnant, grown and 18 years old and could do whatever she wanted and called me names, threatened me and said she would have us kicked out. I let staff know about it and he took care of it and I didn't see the girl again

1st room wasn't clean. 2nd room had no heat, blankets and bed had no blankets. renovation in progress but a lot of work needs to be done. avoid staying here.

First, gave me a key to an occupied room. Walked in on a guy trying to sleep. Got the key for the room next door. Looked recently painted, but not well kept. There were dirty underwear under one of the beds. The TV didn't work. Price was low, but, even so, not worth money.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. Each time, the staff was great, the hotel was clean and the rooms were great.
