Probably the price and that was it.But I'd like a refund if I could get one

The front desk was absolutely rude to me.They put me in 4 rooms before they got the right room.And on the last day, the elevator broke down.So we had to carry everything from the fourth floor down by our hands , without any help.. They were not accommodating , and it was just a really bad experience.

It was a great location in the price was pretty good

The hostel staff was absolutely rude.They didn't have the right room for me.When I got there after traveling 44 hours and then put me into three other rooms that were incorrect rooms and just made it impossible for the early check to happen , which we missed our appointment for the cavern , so I had to pay additional to get our appointment at the caverns.. if I could get a refund for the second night because we left that room around two fifteen , and they still charged me for that night , I would greatly appreciate it , but this is one of the worst experience that a hotel i've ever had

Location. No access. No staff - no one EVER answered repeated phone calls, door phone, door buzzer, counter buzzer, counter bell. NO ONE AFTER 20 MINUTES OF REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO MAKE CONTACT.

Helpful staff was a plus. There's a kitchenette and one can save money that way.

It's really the policy for house cleaning a room. If you stay over a week, then you get your room cleaned, otherwise you are taking care of the cleaningness of the room. They are extremely shorthanded in cleaning services.

There were only hand towels to dry off on, no shower towels. The bed had no pillows. Woke up to a roach on me, jumped up to turn light on and roaches were everywhere. Immediately got my things together and leave and the elevators were turned off. Got down stairs to front desk and even it was a closed window. Hands down worst experience
