Que me mintieron las limpiadoras diciendo que tenía que comprar toallas todos los huéspedes cuando no es la primera vez que me quedé en woodsprings y se que no venden toallas solo tienes que preguntar pregunté y me dieron unas toallas después de 5 minutos discutiendo la razón que tenía que comprar toallas eventualmente me dieron unas toallas. Aparte de eso huéspedes pegando fuerte la puerta y maldición se podía oír en el pasillo yendo al ascensor bien desagradable escuchando esas porquerías

Staff was nice

Unfortunately, my experience was not very pleasant. We found a few cockroaches in the room, the towels were not clean, and the bathroom door was broken. Overall, the room felt uncomfortable and below expectations.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I entered the room, I noticed a strong unpleasant odor that lingered throughout the stay. It was musty and stale, almost as if the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired out in a long time. The floors were sticky and clearly hadn’t been mopped thoroughly – walking barefoot or even with socks felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. It gave the entire space a grimy feel, which immediately made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. The beds were another major issue. They were extremely uncomfortable – the mattress felt worn out and lumpy, and the pillows offered no support. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep, which really affected the rest of my trip. Overall, the room did not meet even basic expectations for comfort or cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously for future guests.

Good price for what you get. Not really near anything but if you just need a quick stop to pay your head, it’s good
