They didn't have anymore rooms left, even though I booked online, it was almost 10at night and I an a stroke patient. I had to deal with the reception dealing w/ a room guest that was cussing at him.

I wasn't accommodated the room that I wanted.

Location

There were roaches coming from walls, base boards, and shelves. When unsanitary and when asked to move to another room. That room was also not suitable for my family.
