Puddle under A/C unit No toiletries

Felt unsafe.

Nothing. Worst hotel ive stayed at in years

Hotel had people loitering & drinking by the doors. Whole 3rd floor smelt like weed. They had no first floor rooms....but also didn't have a operational elevator. Only had 2 towels & they were dirty. Front desk doesn't arrive until 9am so had no chance of getting towels before that. Phone in room disnt work at all, so I had to find a phone downstairs to call and see if we could get towels. It wad then that I was told they will arrive at 9am (it was currently 7am) and they would check to see if they had extras. I explained i had to leave before that and she didn't seem to care. We ended up having to use extra clean shirts we had to dry off. The bathroom door had multiple large holes it it. I was not familiar with the area but in staying 1 night out of our 7 nights I decided to leave and get a room elsewhere. You can tell people just live there permanently and treat it like a ran down apartment building. Had to fight all week to get only a portion of my money back. Between booking.com and the hotel manager it was a endless disaster. To not have functioning elevator and have 4 stories is unacceptable.

The room was ok just would have liked a small coffee maker in room.

The bathroom door needed to be replaced. The water pressure in bathroom was low.

I was kind of scared with all the reviews I read but my room in the second floor was clean it didn't smell like cigarettes inside the room the beds were ok I always take my own blankets and pillows, it was quiet I did read alot of reviews that it was loud and alot of people hanging out infront of the hotel , but I only stayed there one night with my daughter and husband got back at 2am and it was quiet overall it was ok . 👍

In the hallways it does smell like wet carpet they have to replace the carpets , as soon as I checked in they did tell us the elevator wasn't working 😒 but I'm pretty sure it will get fixed,, Hopefully they will start serving breakfast 😊

No breakfast man at front desk said no coffee cause the manager or whom ever had the key and wasn't available

No room service to clean could not find a housekeeper or anyone to get clean towels no soap or shampoo.

the lady who was there when we checked in was very nice and knew her job she should get a raise

all was good
