WoodSpring Suites Austin Georgetown

The smell was horrible, wet dog and pee smell everywhere both floors they had me try. Walls all had damage, no toiletries, nothing near by. Complained to the front desk to which they could have cared less. Refused to refund or cancel so i could leave. Refused to respond to Expedia or me. Gm never contacted me as requested.

Roaches in room, smelly, and unsanitary. Staff was very kind and friendly

The location was easy to get to.

They allowed random homeless men inside the lobby to yell at us for money, and when we didn’t give them money they shouted at us to “do some jumping jacks to see our tits bounce” We went right upstairs packed our stuff and left. We stayed for a total of 45 min. Also, the water was turned off.

The tv never worked. The hotel could use a good deep cleaning. The staff was very friendly though.

No amenities

Very polite service. Arrived late and had no problems checking in. The room was clean and comfortable.

Checked in after hours and had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to the front desk. The people in front of us were waiting at least 30 minutes. Our beds were not comfortable. The shower had weird anti-slip stickers on the tub that were half-peeled off and felt like sandpaper. The shower head looked rusty and dirty. The walls are thin and we heard one of our neighbor's dogs bark all night. We had a 12pm checkout and the cleaning crew knocked on our door at 9:30am and 10:30am and we told them both times that we had a noon checkout; not even 2 minutes after we told them the second time around that we were still there, we get a call from the front desk asking when we are leaving. Everything about this place was sketchy and I am so glad we didn't stay any longer.

They basically charge for everything. I had roaches in the room that came out of the cracks by the shower. My key stopped working and I called the front desk the lady said she was on her way down. I stood there for 15 minutes before a guest saying there let me in then I sat at the front desk for another 10 minutes before she came down.
