Our stay was perfect. Very nice historic hotel and the roof top atmosphere was amazing. We didn’t have reservations but the other side was perfect as you have great views of the city and can appreciate the architecture. Alan, Yahir, Aldo, Isabella, and Jorge provided excellent service !!

Location of the hotel was great. It was located at the corner of downtown plaza, near plenty of landmarks and eating options.

Room was much smaller than expected. Paid for a suite, which was confirmed when I checked in. However, the room was not much bigger than a standard room. There was a small sitting area, and the sleeping area with a partition between the two, that's it. I was expecting a lot more space for a suite.
