As Texan as it gets, right across from the Paso Del Norte is another 5-star. In a country and sate built for the best: valet staff Isabella, Aldo, Yahir and Jorge were delightful to talk too, will be staying here again, awesome experience. I want to meet the person who is responsible for this marvel, because the beautiful hotel that I’ve been to all of my life is long past since 1909. This one shows the same vision.

The staff was accommodating and very responsive. I had a restful day. The food and drinks downstairs were amazing. ❤️

My first room was smelly, but Ariana was quick to set me up with another room. The second room was clean and perfect. I was very happy with the change. ❤️ The GM sent over complimentary food and drink vouchers for the evening for the inconvenience. I am really grateful.
