Excellent experience! There are a bunch of little details that make the atmosphere of this hotel so elegant (looooved the scents of the bathroom’s accessories!). I felt I was treated like a celebrity 😜. All the people I had the honor to meet were next level, specifically Moises was exceptional kindness!!, Hector Vinalay- at the restaurant was superb!!!, Carola at the front desk was first class! Overall, I recommend this place if you are looking for a memorable experience!

Went to Mother’s Day brunch at the plaza and it was Amazing! Our server Mr. Francisco Cook was the nicest and attentive person I’ve ever met in quite a while. He really made our experience wonderful. Kuddos to pastry chef Miss Jakki Rojo and her team, Raquel P., Sara M and Kiara V. Everything they prepared was delicious! Thank you all for a memorable Mother’s Day.

casi me lo iban a cancelar la reservacion porque BOOKING no paso mi dato a hotel , y como hotel hizo overbooking por concierto de BTS, solamente me mandaron correo y me lo iban a cancelar, justo ya cuando estaba en camino, les hable por telefono al hotel y tuve q dar nuevamente dato de mi tdc para q no cancelara la reservacion. Muy MAL DE PARTE DE BOOKING Y TAMBIEN DE HOTEL , casi me iba a quedar sin hospedaje.
