Koukoumi Vegan Boutique Hotel

The best vegan food we have experienced anywhere! The hotel is pristine- everything is kept in perfect order and shows so much care in the design and attitude of the staff. Fantastic, fun and spacious gym and a lovely yoga pavilion. Had an amazing massage (from Martha) The hotel is inland, but we found that the hotel pool was a lovely place to be. Mykonos town is worth a visit, but geared up for cruise ship visitors, so not somewhere we felt we wanted to go back to. The windmills above the town are attractive.

Obsessed with this hotel! I could cry thinking about how perfect it was. The food was amazing, the rooms were lovely and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone felt like friends by the end of our stay. Also have to give a shout to the masseuse who was amazing!! Get a massage while you stay here!

My partner and I had an incredible 6 nights at Koukoumi at the end of May 2024. Isobel the owner has created a feeling of home and family with a wonderful vegan philosophy where nature is a precious treasure and people are celebrated - nothing is too much trouble! Not only is the food incredible (I have been to a lot of vegan restaurants and this food- fresh, creative, healthy by a fabulous female chef is by far amongst the best and cocktails, recommend the Geisha cocktail) but the yoga, gym, spa, outdoor courtyard and general vibe feels like a luxury retreat combined with staying with wonderful friends. Staff gave us recommendations of beautiful unspoilt beaches, fabulous clubs (scorpios) and great restaurants. ☀️ The spa is a haven - not flashy - but peaceful and serene, Martha has divine healing hands for massages! Daily yoga and meditation with Alex in the dreamy yoga space made me more aware of the gift of this time away, and the gift we have of each and everyday. This all makes Koukoumi much more than ‘just’ a five star hotel. 🧘🏽‍♀️ It’s a challenge to run a vegan hotel like this in Mykonos and to hold true to these values and philosophy but Koukoumi manages this. 🌱 I cannot recommend enough! I just can’t wait to return….

Food is beautifully presented, staff are friendly, pool area is nice and spa is great. Clean hotel, rooms a decent size. Short ride to local beaches and main town.

Food menu slightly pretentious for the evening. Style over substance in a lot of cases, so a bit overpriced. Staff overall were great, but not always very attentive.

This oasis is welcoming from first entrance. The staff is absolutely caring with the goal of guests enjoyment. I needed this retreat. Daily yoga, meditation, and massages. The bed was comfortable and the room was beautifully designed. Such a relaxing time! All meals were vegan and absolutely delicious by a creative chef...breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The Chocolate Lava cake is a chocolate lover dream 😋. A must...!

I can't rate this place highly enough. From the warm greeting to the sincere farewell, my wife and I enjoyed every moment. The food is something special and 100% vegan. The room was pristine and the bed extremely comfortable. Thank you Team Koukoumi for making our stay special.

A truly sacred place for vegans. We spent our honeymoon there in the best room and it was a perfect place. Staff, facilities and the food were exceptional. We had the pleasure of meeting the hotel owner and her family and she is an inspiration to vegan entrepreneurs everywhere. It felt like a life long friendship was established. More water in the room would be nice and if the sauna hire was included in the accommodation.
