The gingerbread houses around the property are pretty unique. Most importantly, The Attleboro house is perfect with the water right in front of you. And, you gotta have the Oaks Bluffs signature drink, Dirty Banana. Rachel was kind and very helpful and informative. I'll definitely stay there again!

The house is across from the ferry and you have beautiful water view. Also the gingerbread houses are right behind the hotel!

Beautiful Gingerbread House, Lovingly managed, it’s quite simple accommodation but it’s clean and in a great location. We will return! Cool drinks available in the entrance, kind staff, relaxed and easy going feel. Perfect place to chill out. The view over the sea is great too. Lovely front terrace. Thank you for being so welcoming! We stayed in July 2023.

Perfect location it was close to everything . The view from our room was breathtaking and refreshing! The Host made our checking in a breeze. We stayed in room 6 and it had everything we needed .The room was very clean . We most Definitely will stay here again when we come back

We enjoyed our First trip to MV mainly in part to our lodging accommodations which was in close proximity to the harbor, restaurants and Transportation. We’ll definitely return

My boyfriend and I rented a room here for our anniversary. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the location! It’s right on the water, in front of the gingerbread houses on Oak Bluffs. We had a stunning view from our balcony. We really enjoyed our stay here.
