It’s a nice old house/hotel with character. Very walkable and very nice, colorful houses/hotels nearby.

This gingerbread cottage was a wonderful find I lucked into at the last minute. It was impeccably clean and well maintained with kind attentive staff and numerous small gestures such as beverages and a gift bag and even postcards. It sits on the main thoroughfare steps away from the Oak Bluffs entertainment/food/shopping area and overlooks the water. If you are looking for an authentic affordable experience with with wonderful owners and staff this should be the top of your list. The only thing one needs to be aware of (and is likely true of most lodging so be sure to enquire) is that parking is difficult unless you luck into one of the few public parking spaces across the street which I was fortunate to do.

Lovely family hotel. Perfect location with a view over the harbour. Nice Rooms But too cold at Night (No extra blankets and the heater wouldnt work)

This place is awesome! Lots of cool history. Felt more like I was visiting family. The owners were incredibly accommodating. The view is awesome. So close to good food. Stay here it is worth the price. You will not regret it. We can't wait to come back! Campground is right behind here.neat houses to see.
