A quaint cottage house in the heart of Oak Bluffs and walking distance from the ferry, shopping, and restaurants. It is directly across the street from the harbor and an excellent location for watching the boats dock from the numerous rocking chairs on the porch. The rooms were small, but well-appointed and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.

My room wasn’t what I paid for. There was no coffee or bottled water. The mattress was outdated.

Owners take pride in this historic building and surrounding property. Friendly, helpful. Plus a beautiful view from the porch.

Lucky to find a parking spot on the street. But had to carry luggage from there.
