I liked the location, the size of the apartment, the terrace, the swimming pool.

The people working at the reception desk waited a very long time for us to check in with a small child, everyone didn't care, they really don't respect their client, who pays such a lot of money, because of this we lost a whole day of our vacation, the situation with the elevators is terrible, you can wait 30-40 minutes just to go up to your apartment, the situation with the keys is terrible, the card simply didn't work every day, you had to wait in a big queue just to get to the reception desk to renew the key, the queue is organized, because of which everyone has some problem, and no one cares about it. They charge a fee for a service that is absolutely not there. They promised us to cancel this fee, but of course no one did. They need to recruit responsible staff and people who care about their client, it's a real shame that such a beautiful place is falling into disrepair.

The room layout, furniture and balcony view was nice.

Housekeeping kept trying to enter my unit and very times. One being past 8pm at night. Unable to lock door from the inside too. Two elevators were not working. Had to wait over 10 mins trying to go up and down elevator. The staff was using same elevators making things worse with their carts. Appliances were dirty. Phones didn’t work in unit. Tv didn’t work in main part of unit. Fire alarm went off in middle of night. The ac unit was squealing. Unable to lock my door from the outside when trying to check out.

The pool, the staff were very friendly and helpful at the pool , pool cafe and front desk.

The elevators….between 9 and noon you had to wait over 20 minutes to get up or down. The beach was a little disappointing. The beach chairs are very old and staff there were not helpful.

The apartment is really comfortable and nice. Well equipped, just lacking some kitchen instruments. An espresso machine would be a plus.

There is an issue with elevators that make it difficult to get in and get out of the apartment. This type of building should have at least two elevators more or even bigger/faster ones. The cleanliness wasn’t optimal, we even found cockroaches in the kitchen.
