No air conditioning, oven didn’t work, waited forever for elevators to come up and down and missed two dinner reservations because of that, beach chairs were disgusting and cramped next to a hundred other people, beach workers were rude.

Excellent location, amazing view from balcony, great interior of room and very nice pool/spa areas

1 elevator was down and were waiting 10-15 min to go from 29th floor back down. Then elevator stopped at every floor going down. Everyone in full elevator was complaining. Also in 2nd bathroom, not sufficient lighting over mirror and none in shower.

Maybe in rush hour try ti help the huésped because the elevator its full.

Smells really bad

Internet was horrible. They promote one rate online and then they add like 200.00 in fees that they don’t say.

Very spacious rooms and comfortable. Property and room was very clean

There is no real dining available

Place was very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities needed and a lovely balcony with a fantastic view.

The unit was clean and had a gorgeous view. Unfortunately there were extremely high winds, so we didn’t really get to use the balcony, but views from rooms were stunning and beds were comfortable.
