Hyde was a great place to stay at everything was really nice and clean and the staff was very helpful.

Everything was great couldn’t have been better except my stay could’ve been longer!

No restaurant

The apartments were very spacious and modern. The facilities were good and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Daniela, Paula, and Junior at the front desk were great! The views were gorgeous, and the pool was open until 10 p.m., which was a bonus. The pool deck is well-planned and has lots of space to lounge and get together. Loved the outdoor cinema—it was a nice touch!

The light-colored sofas in the apartments were dirty and stained, and one did not open, so we had to call maintenance. The balconies were rather dirty. Some apartments may need refurbishment, as some of the furniture was scratched and broken. Also, we could have used more hooks and racks in the baths. The $40 parking fee was salty, considering the extra fees and tax a guest already pays.

Absolutely love the location and setup of the whole Apartment. Easy access to everything, walmart, gas stations, malls, food etc. Everything was amazing and breath taking. Mrs. Paula was above and beyond amazing. She went out of her way to make sure we were ok . After our flight was cancelled we did not arrive until the following day, which caused us to loose a whole day of vacation due to the cancellation of our flights. However Mrs. Paula encouraged us to continue our journey and she did not cancel the reservation, she stay in contact with us making sure our travels were safe. Her concern was more than us just being her customer, she genuinely wanted to make sure we were ok. Absolutely loved it. The gentleman at check in was phenomenal. He deserves a raise . Job well done. He represents the brand exceptional. ( I forgot his name) 😆....

Parking valet pricing is a little high. 40.00 per day is a little over the top in costs. The team was great and timely. But the price is a bit much.
