The staff was nice

I wasn’t there an hour and 5 cops pulled up on a domestic dispute. There was a young pregnant girl getting beat up by her boyfriend. This was supposed to be a smoke free facility, but I left after two days without even getting a refund and I booked for a week. They were smoking so much that my hair clothes and luggage smelled like smoke. The door looked like someone had been trying to dig through the lock. The halls were filthy grime and smelled like hell. I asked for a refund at the desk, but they said I had to call corporate. Neither I nor booking.com has been able to get a response. I’m ended up leaving without getting my money back. On the day that I left someone was smoking weed in the rooms and there was a guy standing by my car smoking a joint. It was the most awful experience ever

The lady at the desk was wonderful.

The room was filthy.

I didn’t like how dirty it was roaches everywhere the carpet was tore up tile missing on the kitchen floor, dirty comforters, overall just not a good place to stay if you like a clean place

Was calming

No housekeeping and no extra towels

The Manager is a very good person. Cendra go above and beyond for her tenants. The staff all together is awesome very professional

It was nice. Good company and mostly quiet. The downside is we weren’t aware we had to provide everything needed for the hotel stay. More could have been said. Other than that it was a nice stay.
