I liked the location

On 02/11/23 the front fest contacted me about my stay and by the time my son got there at 4:00 pm we were locked out of our room and the man was very nasty and rude.

Hospitality

I did not like anything about the property. The property was terrible there were no wash clothes nobody from housekeeping came and cleaned the room and we were there for 9 days and 8 nights

i didn’t like the inn at all when I first entered the room there was a big huge bug and I told the staff they told me that they were going to contact their management and call me back and they never did also no staff after 7 pm there were police cars there and ambulances. No housekeeping the room was never cleaned by a housekeeper my mom and I had to clean everything and there was no wash cloths we had to provide our own wash cloths there was no broom or dust pan it was super noisy people over our head kept making a whole lot of noise and bouncing around it seemed like someone was going to come through the ceiling I just feel that that place was beyond terrible then the refrigerator had a stinky smell to it I am happy to be out of there

Room was spacious but the amenities are not that good and bad smell is coming throughout my stay in the room. Shower was not working properly we reported to the front desk but no one come to check on that. Overall I am not satisfied with my stay.

They allowed me to book and pay, knowing there were no rooms available for the foreseeable future. I was stranded in a new city with a small child and wasn’t even offered a stay at a sister company or anything. Zero compassion. They knew who I was the min I walked in the door, but couldn’t even give me the decency of a phone call to tell me they were over booked? Completely not ok. Kid sitting in the lobby (I’m assuming was a friend of the desk person) scoffed and snickered at my misfortune.
