USI liked how clean and how cozy everything felt. The host, Daniel was extremely nice, attentive, and just very helpful. He knocked on our door when we arrived if we needed any groceries/food because the grocery store was closed on a Sunday

GBI had a great stay at this hotel, especially thanks to the manager who went above and beyond to help me when I realized I had missed the last bus from Tromsø. He was incredibly helpful, providing useful advice about local attractions and making sure I felt taken care of. The apartment itself had a modern, clean vibe, with a comfortable mattress that made for a restful sleep. Looks exactly like the photos with excellent outside view. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch, and I never felt cold during my stay. Highly recommend this place for its great service and cozy atmosphere!
Small things, like not having a bedside table which would have been handy and having a proper sponge instead of just a cleaning brush for dishes
PLThis place has an excellent location close to nothing where you can taste the pure nature! You can meet a herd of reindeer on the other side of the road, you can go for a easy hiking on Ornfloya and admire the view from the tarrace and the aurora. Nicely equipped, warm during the autumn time, comfy beds.
We had a ground floor appartment. We heard everything from the upper one, all steps. Sometimes I wondered if someone was walking in our apartment or the neighboring one. If you want to look for aurora there may be lights on in another appartment which may be impediment.
DEDEGBThe location was beautiful and peaceful. The lodge was very traditional and apart from small modifications I liked the way it had not been spoilt by modern additions. Loved the terrace balcony overlooking the sea and excellent views of the aurora borealis. Soufiane the host was very helpful and even gave us a knock when the northern lights appeared late at night. He have good information about the local area.
The kitchen was a little under equipped. Luckily we had traveled here in our motorhome and so we had things like an electric toaster, baking trays and a medium size saucepan with us. It would also have been useful to have a microwave. I would recommend future guests to request an apartment on the top floor - we had the ground floor apartment and you could hear the floor boards and people walking about upstairs.
GBDefinitely recommend staying here! It is in a beautiful location with spectacular views and is designed to suit all your needs. The host is also very responsive.
Unfortunately there was a lot of noise on the first night as there was a baby crying which was disruptive. Understand this can’t be helped but worth noting that sound travels through the floors and walls.
