Comfort Suites Broomfield-Boulder-Interlocken

Breakfast is supposed to go until 9:30. I got there at 9:00 and they were already shutting down. The fridge was locked and the waffle maker was down. I don't know what else was already gone. You should keep it all available until closing time. Front desk staff was away when we wanted to check in. They came back before long, but you need other people around to deal with problems so the front desk staff can cover the desk.

Hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre.

I paid for a room for a friend that was in need of a room for the night. When he got there, he said he was not allowed to be on the premise. I asked the manager then if they won’t allow them, please refund the stay and they denied that. If someone’s not allowed to stay at a hotel, but if a room is paid for prepaid, it should be refunded no questions I asked.
