Radisson RED Hotel London Heathrow

Check in went smoothly and the room was clean and looking as it had been recently refurbished. My main issue is with the bar/food service and their automatic addition of a 10% service charge on any bar order. Even on a drink order where you are standing at the bar and watching the bar man simply fill the glass and hand it over to you!

We will consider to stay here from now on.

Large very busy ‘corporate’ hotel with quality amenities and service

Great hotel let down by food. Cheesy nachos didn't have any cheese! Prawn Sandwich stale

The restaurant and bar area were always buzzing with people and the menu looked great but I didn’t eat there. After a long flight the pool, steam room and sauna were the just what doctor ordered! Great pub across the street, The Three Magpies, long wait for the food but excellent Fish and Chips. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

A bit of a track to get to from Heathrow airport, but wonderful stay once we got there. Hotel restaurant a bit pricey.

Hallway was not I. The best condition and rooms were very dark- could use better lighting. Location was close to the airport but not much nearby.

Room was spacious for my family of 4. Love the bunk beds

Only one waiter in restaurant, everyone was yelling at each other, not a good experience.

Didn’t really utilize the facilities besides the room, however overall impression of hotel was modern, trendy and convenient location. Family room with bunk bed was excellent and very spacious.
