Radisson RED Hotel London Heathrow

Had to stay overnight in London Heathrow with my kids. Found their cool family room, which it’s the first time i see bunk beds in a hotel room, Kids loved it and couldn’t beat the convenience of being this close to the airport. It took us 9 min from airport to hotel (terminal 5) and 5min from hotel to airport the next morning (terminal 3). I also very much appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom, it seemed recently renovated.

The pool was great. We had problems with sticky floors in the room and sheets that didn't cover the mattress. The topper was when they accidentally gave out room to some else while we were in it just after we checked in. Then locked us out when trying to fix the booking mistake. They did fix all the problems it was just a disappointing first day.

No action taken re no ac in room on day of arrival after 3 calls to front desk. Manager rectified when I spoke to him next morn

Great stay for connections or layovers - rooms are really comfortable and spacious

The check-in and check-out process as well as the room were good. Unfortunately the next morning’s breakfast experience was disrupted by construction noise, which seemed to conveniently stop toward the end of breakfast hours. It wasn’t a great start to the morning before a long drive up north.

Parking was horrendous, took me 30 minutes to find a space. Hotel rooms had this smell as though one one had smoked previously, window view awful. Was just about ok for an 8 hour stay, wouldn’t stay again.

Very comfortable rooms & excellent breakfast options. Super convenient for an overnight before flying out of LHR & well priced. There was an issue parking due to it being very busy, but the staff were accommodating to us parking the vehicle outside of a designated space.

Close to airport and very clean.
