Radisson RED Hotel London Heathrow

Room was nice and the restaurant and bar area was good. Carpet in the hallways was very worn and desperately needing changed. Drinks in the bar are very expensive and there is a service charge added on even if you go up to the bar yourself! It can be removed if you ask but really a service charge when you are paying £17 for a glass of wine!!

New, tidy and everyrhing you need in an airport hotel. Good food and drink choices on site

Breakfast was good and bed was very comfortable

Perfect stay for night before flight, used the gym and pool which were both great.

The shuttle service is lacking and you have to pay to get there. The check in process was horrible. They make you do it yourself and after a 12 hour flight, paying for the shuttle and doing it with five kids…. It was not fun!

Prior to this visit, I had never stayed at a radisson hotel but it was honestly one of the best hotels I have been to. The hotel had so much character and spunk! More importantly though, the family sized room was spacious and clean. The staff were also great. I’d definitely come back to stay here on my next visit to great ol’ London.

Great overnight Heathrow hotel. Love the vibe. There was a bit of chaos as we arrived day hundreds of travellers disrupted but we did get to experience the hotel before that and it was great. Accessible

Great for a one night stay close to terminal 5. Good sized room with a very comfortable large bed. Everything was clean and bathroom had a good shower.,

The rooms need more lighting It was very dark

Overall, really nice hotel. You need to check the schedules in terms of buses from the airport. There’s no in store shop, so if you are staying with kids you might want to bring supplies. Restaurant was nice but not cheap. Pool was really nice. Well come back.
