The Grand Colorado on Peak 8

We have been enjoying GC8 for a few years. The location, facilities, amenities, and staff are awesome. Our children use it to snowboard and we enjoy going there for X-Country Skiing, the restaurants, and the hiking.

Had as great time as always on our stay at Grand Colorado Peak 8. We were welcomed by Kenny who checked us in. He did an incredible job. Very personable and knowledgeable. He truly went above and beyond upholding outstanding customer service.

We stayed at the Grand CO Peak 8 for a week during July 2025. We utilized the location to have quick access to the Breck Gondola which was directly outside our front door, to access the adventure park right outside our back door, quick access to Breck, Frisco, other surrounding areas, and to get to day hikes and horse riding. The perk of Peak 8 is their pools. We spent too much time, probably, just enjoying their perfectly heated inside/outside pools and hot tubs. This was a great resort. Only wish they had an on-site restaurant that matched the rest of their hotel. We wasted a meal trying to enjoy their restaurant, which we didn't. Good thing Breck had plenty in town.

Excellent in all areas of the Property. Spa, Tubs, Common Areas, Service staff, you name it. This is our go to summer vacation spot.

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning.

Enjoyed our vacation in Breck as we always do. Hotel was clean and quiet. We were "assured" when we scheduled our reservations on Feb.3 that we could have both units (4 bdr & 1 bdr) on the same floor. We weren't guaranteed, but were under the impression that wouldn't be an issue. Our families WERE separated, two on the Terrace level, one on the fourth floor. Nolan tried to get us all together but was unable to. We enjoyed our stay and will probably return next year for our annual Breck vacation but were disappointed our families had to be separated.

Beautiful property with breathtaking views and convenient access to downtown Breckenridge and more than convenient access to all of the Epic Discovery Park. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modernized. The staff were very friendly, shout out to Fredo for our check in experience. The lobby offered a place to play games like shuffleboard and board game while enjoy cocktails. The only thing I wasn’t overly impressed with was the Urrl Cafe.

a wonderful place to spend with family & friends, summer, spring, autumn and winter! Beautiful resort living with all the amenities. You will not go wrong. Ski in Ski out, X country, snow shoeing, swimming, massage, hiking biking they have it all. Plus a bonus of free shuttle to the quaint town of Breckenridge (a 10 min ride).

Location and views were great. Hot tubs and grotto were nice.

Condition of the room not expected for the price. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. My son had an allergic reaction after using a spare blanket, which means it was likely contaminated with nut or dairy products. He ended up at the hospital because if it. Concierge was rude to the guests when they declined a time share presentation.

We stayed 4 days at The Grand Colorado Peak 8 and had a wonderful time. The amenities are First Class and the activities at the Base were very fun for the children -- and adults ! Transportation into Downtown Breckenridge was easy, accessible and free ! I recommend this property for a Good Time !
