This is the place to stay in Breck whether it is summer or ski season. Rooms are top notch, and the Gondola and shuttle services make it so easy to get around the entire town of Breckenridge.

We have been owners at GC8 since pre-construction and everything is as welcoming and delightful as the day they opened for their first guests - the resort is meticulously well maintained, clean, bright, inviting and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional, even the housekeeping staff smile and welcome everyone and they do such an excellent job and making sure every inch of the resort is as sparkling bright and clean as the day it opened. The best memories we have are right here when we stay at Grand Colorado!

An exception vacation spot, I really love being an owner and staying here annually. My concerns are minor things. Attention to Details, upon entry, two stove knobs were stripped. I called, nothing happened, I called again on Wednesday they fixed it. Sink drains in bedroom were stuck in the close position, There were no clips on back allowing the drain plug to go up or down, The main thing was the cleaning staff, They spend a huge amount of time on their cell phones. I was laying out in the sun in in the course of 3 hours I saw two staff, they cleaned a total of three window panes above the pool, I stopped counting after the 5th time they were on the phone. Suggestion, collect staff cell phone at the start of the day, allow them access during breaks, but that is it.

Owners week, we expected lots of activities, instead we got mud season unknowingly thanks to our broker.

We love coming to the Grand on Peak 8 and do so multiple times a year - not just ski season! It is alway immaculate, the staff are incredibly friendly and the amenities are so fun!

Coming here is always a great experience. The staff is warm and welcoming. The location is ideal, the amenities are fantastic. I wish Robbie's Tavern was open when I was there, maybe next time

Grand Colorado on Peak 8 is stunning! The location is steps from the ski lift, and the hot tubs and pools were so much fun for our family of four.
