"An average stay at Harts"

The location in the Park is very good A very good breakfast

Limited car parking. I came back after going out at 10pm to be told find an NCP car park as we are full. I had booked and registered the car with reception and was disappointed at 10pm in the evening being on my own to go. Also I stayed the 5 nights and have stayed many times over the last 10 years to have been treated in such a way Also the rooms are very small and basic.

We love staying at the Harts Hotel, we always go for a Garden Room, which is so wonderful, the views over the garden balcony are super. The service is excellent, and always is, which I adore considering my whole world is about CX, EX & Technology. They keep it simple and precise, look after the Customer, which is perfect and makes your experience wonderful. We have already booked for Christmas, really looking forward. Great experience, thank you to all your people, they are wonderful, please thank them for us.
