Not the same as pictured cockroaches frist room they gave us was not ready gave us other room

The room had cockroaches in it

Great awesome experience with my friends and family. We all enjoyed it so very much and it was very welcoming. Amazing people great day.

I want to like this property. They are trying. Newly redone rooms that have all new flooring, paint, beds are very nice. The hotel itself is old and has seen better days. I think they're working on it but the parking lot and surrounding area seems a little time warn and not real safe. Leaving our motorcycles out gave us a moment's pause. Staff is excellent and very nice. Heating units and low water pressure took away from the experience. No washcloths and just the bare basic soap with no shampoo and time worn towels. Got to give them credit for trying and give the staff kudos for taking care of us. Everything is headed in the right direction. I hope they get this upgraded externally as well as they have done the rooms. A little more intention with showers and water pressure and heat a/c. All in all it was clean and comfortable but I'm not sure I would bring my other half to stay overnight

I gave a friend a couple nights in a hotel. He needed it. I paid for the room. Check in requesting an additional/ his credit/ debit card..He does not have either. Very inconvenient

This place is disgusting. The hotel clerk was very nice and I thought everything was okay but I soon as I drove back to the building where my room was there's debris all over the parking lot it looks desolate I go to my room and I immediately smell musty odor it's dark it is nothing like the pictures posted on Expedia and there are stains on the sheets. So I didn't even take my things into the room I turned around and I went right back to the front desk and I asked to check out and she said no problem and that I would get a refund. That was over 2 weeks ago and now through Expedia I'm fighting for my refund and the hotel has told Expedia that I was a no-show. If I was a no-show how did they authorize my debit card $50 for incidental deposit? When I call the hotel to find out what's going on with my refund they're acting like Expedia is the one not trying to give me a refund.

OYO hotel, Muskegon was terrible. If we could of cancelled on arrival we would have but because we arrived later than expected we had to stay. The receptionist was friendly but we had to sign a waiver and pay a $100 deposit, which was not mentioned during booking. The rooms were awful, not clean, the linen looked unkempt and there was a lot of very tired decor! Luckily we had blankets and towels with us which we used to sleep on top of the beds. As soon as you arrive, it felt like an abandoned building, and the parking area looked like an abandoned cars lot. There were a lot of security cameras, due to one area of the hotel being extremely questionable, but many of these were repositioned upwards! On leaving at 6.00am we were approached by a man asking for cigarettes or money. Glad to leave and say goodbye to the cockroaches which we found by the fridge in the morning. The description and photos on the website are nothing like it is in real life.

It is not worth putting your life in Jeopardy over saving Money This Is. Literally Like a crackhead Housing. Not even 20 minutes in. Already have cups. All over the place came in a family trip. Feeling very unsafe. I wish I would’ve took the time to read the comments.
