Anstatthotel Zug - app self-check-in

Nice small room with all you need, including refrigerator, glasses, plates, oven. Also the location is good, 10 min from Zug center

The shower is a bit small and the heating could heat a bit more, but it was still ok

Staff were responsive and helpful. I had some trouble getting but eventually it all got resolved - Thank you.

Comfortable, clean and warm

Entry access could be improved. Location initially difficult to find as at rear of building improved signage would help Keyless access initially problematic as there was anmore than one reader i.e gym reader most prominent rather than apartment access

The place is clean and the bed is quite comfortable. Despite the main road outside you can ot hear it too much at night.

Not good for female solo travelers : the entrance is via an unlit parking lot and the window gives out onto a shared balcony (with no door from this room). The check-in process is a real pain; all the work is put onto the client. The decoration is like IKEA teenagers bedroom cheapest option. It’s a flat that’s been converted into hotel rooms so the walls are thin; bathroom similar to the plastic inserted bathrooms in old Japanese business hotels. The bathroom light is on a sensor so the light goes off during the shower. There was some noise of drains all night so I had to take a sleeping tablet. There is no working bedside lamp

Roomy, quiet

No hair dryer, lack of lighting & outlets. Not a fan of the electronic check in…

The place is good and was able to cook our own food

Not a clear instructions on things especially with the washer and dryer needed to pack my clothes still wet as it was not able to dry properly in the dryer even if I put it in 2 times and tried drying it in the room but the heater is not turning on so needed to open the window overnight which still left the clothes still a bit wet
