"Nice room, thin walls, busy street"

Easy acces and room size

Paperthin walls, hearing the people allnight nextdoor having conversations, tv, even though were not even loud untill thet wild sex afterwards at 0600 I slept on the couch to be away from the wall. So sound isolation can be improved
