Bathroom is clean but stick from the shower drain

Useless management tea After advising them 8 hours ahead of arrival, of the issues at LHRwith the sub station incident, and all flights were cancelled, they made out they would help to move a booking then totally dismissed it the following day & gave me a no show So they took my money in full and were useless at trying to help an already stressful situation I certainly will not be parting my money with them again

Guesthouse was separate from main building. Very helpful staff

The guesthouse is so lovely, in such a good location to get around Lisbon. The staff at the hotel (to check into the guesthouse) are really friendly and approachable. The guest house feels very homely in comparison to a hotel. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Lisbon.

Beautiful room in a charming building, with nice street view.

The bathroom was not as nice as the room: cold lights, occasional smell from the drain, and could have used some better cleaning.

Very cold

We arrived very early, were lost as no indication for guest house, you have to go to the main hotel. A young lady was very welcoming and nice, the young man after so-so... We stayed two nights but the room was not cleaned after first night, not at all.

Great place, felt safe, secure, in a good area.

Easy access, friendly space and really safe area. The beds are comfortable enough and the bathroom is nice and clean (great water pressure). 24/7 concierge service available across the street and really convenient location. 10/10 experience - there can be a little bit of noise from others but not bad enough to ruin the experience at all.
