The room was cold. The wall thermostat did not control the air/heat. I finally used the window unit. But was cold 1/2 the night

Great hotel in a central location. Very close to everything. Beds are comfortable, amenities are good. Just wish the showers had a little better water pressure. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast. It is probably one of the best breakfasts I have had in a hotel ever. Lisa did an amazing job of fixing a delicious breakfast with a ton of options. Food was very fresh tasting, eggs were delicious, bacon cooked perfectly. Lisa did an amazing job! Front desk staff is also amazing! Carri was super friendly and very helpful during our stay!

The breakfast was adequate.

The bed was uncomfortable. The front desk was unmanned during our frequent evening arrivals. Security is questionable. The AC unit was noisy and did not seem to work correctly.

The staff member - I think her name is Carrie? Was honestly the best. She really reant out of her way to help me with my booking. She was super friendly and it was wonderful considering the first time experiencing the good ok southern hospitality!

The room I was in had some issues with the outlets and lights. It made it pretty difficult to charge my phone near my bedside... One of the lights near the TV was flickering at a pretty tall crazy rate - can't imagine that would be great for epileptic individuals. We got through it though, I can't complain I wasn't in my room too much!

I had such a wonderful time with my time at this hotel. I was in the hotel for business and the staff was incredible. A special shout out to the staff that made my time in the hotel excellent. Carol, Alison, Carri, Jason and Anthony all provided great insights and were extremely helpful!

Perfect location and excellent hotel for our visit with family. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here in the future.
