NOHO Hotel near Universal Studios Hollywood

Overall property was good. There were a few homeless people camping infront of the building and there was an extremely amount of trash. The day we were leaving there was a fire that was been contained by the fire department.

I checked it and the clerk gave me a key. I tired to enter the room and the key did not work so he helpped me open it. I had to stuggle to open it and had to push it with my full body to close it. The door did not lock which was a concern since I arrived alone. The room floor was dirty and when I went to make sure the bathroom worked the toilet still had someone else's urine. I went down to the clirk to let him know and he could only offer to clean it the next norning. I asked to switch my room and they did not have any others. I told them I wanted my refund and they assured me they would refund me the 2 nights I was planning on staying. However, when the representatives of Expedia called, they only refunded me 1 night. I was going to wait for the refund there but a strange man was there and I did not feel safe. They also claimed I stayed 2 hours when I only stayed 30 minutes(I can prove it). The room looked like at some point they taped the blinds and there was tape on the floor as well. The room does not look as new as on the pictures at all. I would not recomend staying there at all.

Absolutely was not wat it looked like I’m the pictures‼️💯 They don’t have face cloths, or dry towels. Spider webs in the bathroom, no comforter on the bed.

Horrible, Expedia did not show bathtub on their pictures and once there it was an ugly, old, dirty and small bathtub. There was no toilet paper no hair dryer, no bath towels available the shower curtain was on the floor. We had to leave as soon as we stepped in and noticed this defects. In general the place is too old. We didn’t feel save there so we just left and we weren’t able to get our money back for the 2 nights even though we didn’t stay.

Reserve only if you are on a very, very tight budget. We reserved a two room suite which is a cool concept, a little more privacy. Check in was fast friendly clerk. This place is lacking cleanliness. The floor was dirty, could not take shoes off. The couch was extremely dirty, nasty to sit on. Doors are dirty especially the bathroom one. Sheets and towels looked clean and smelled clean but old had yellowing color instead of white. There are no blankets and only two small thin pillows for each bed. This place could be better if it was cleaned properly. We will not be staying here again.

The room just felt and was filthy. I found dirt, and dust collected in various corners of the room and closet. Stains on the bathroom floor, the toilet was not clean. It was obvious all the cleaning lady did was just change sheets, take out trash and replace towels. She does not sweep or mop, muchless deep clean.

Everything seemed okay at first, but when I went inside the room it smelled really bad like cigarette smoke, like fresh smoke. There was only one light BULB for the room. And the owner tried to say I only wanted it for a couple hours. Like WTH very unprofessional. I got my money back and left.

They didn’t respect our reservation and tried to give us a room that smelled bad and had dead bugs in the sheets. They also refused my refund.
