NOHO Hotel near Universal Studios Hollywood

I’m not usually one for complaining but this has to be the worst hotel I’ve been at from it smelling like cigarettes to holes in the sheets bugs in the bathroom broken toilet lids and cockroaches in the bed. Never again. Couldn’t even get a refund.

The hotel is simple with no microwave only mini fridge and few towels. It serve its purpose to just come and sleep. Took family to Universal Studios all day so I didn’t need a lot of luxury but I can say that this hotel is very close to Universal Studios.

The bathrooms were dirty, dirty air conditioning didn’t have a filter, dirty neighbors tenants were singing and playing drum until 5 AM and morning shift manager was very rude. He was very rude Indian person shame on you.

Very trashy, Homless people. The rooms are scary to . Will never stay there again

The room was pretty small, it barely had enough room for the king-sized bed! Parking was terrible, not enough spaces and even though people are angled to park, you have to go further, pull a 3-point u-turn, and come back out the same way to leave. No room phone. No coffee maker. Cramped bathroom, and toilet paper roll was positioned so awkwardly, it is basically impossible to use if you aren't a contortionist. Huge chunk missing in the hardwood floor. No dresser, nor indeed was there any drawers in bedside tables or in bathroom. No closet either. Room was very shoddily painted. TV didn't seem to work with remote control. Sheet was too small, though positioned to seem like it was big enough, and blanket too small AND too thin to provide any warmth. Air conditioner was horrible, barely worked, and seemed to be made for a foreign country, couldn't make any sense of the controls nor could I adjust for temperature or time to remain on. Walls very thin. Blinds on one window were broken. You can't go into the lounge for any reason, you have to check in at a tiny window. Shady area too. Much too expensive for the shoddy condition it was in! Pay a little more and stay at a nicer place -- even a Motel 6 is luxurious compared to this place!

The floors were dirty, the bedding was limited (no blankets, just covers that weren't adequate prompting us to purchase throws), towels were mostly small/thin/rough (we had a couple that were ok) and we didn't have enough towels for 6 people. Didn't come and clean on the third day. Shower was nice and hot with good pressure. Area was a little sketchy. Couldn't adjust the A/C. Lots of room for 6 and with the sofa beds there was lots of sleeping options but not enough bedding. Despite my contacting them that we would be in very late I still got a call right before boarding our flight wondering if we were coming so I was slightly worried they'd give our room away, but they didn't.

Dirty bug infested unsanitary moldy and unsafe. These people are predators and cop callers

This hotel is disgusting filthy bug infested unsafe rooms.

The price was expensive and it was not worth the stay. The manager was not that helpful and rude.

It was normal, and there's a lot to be said for normal! We've stayed at some unacceptable hotels/motels lately that are crawling with roaches and poor service.
