Accomodation was clean, well equipped with pot, pans, utensils etc. Also had salt, pepper, oil, sugar, towels, face washers, cleaning supplies, laundry tablets & soap, shampoo & conditioner. Was great to have a full functioning kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Only negative was initially trying to obtain access & entry to room. However, lady on duty when we arrived was very helpful & provided extra instructions when we arrived which helped us locate room a little quicker.

Bed and pillows were ridiculously uncomfortable. Got ZERO sleep for 2 days. The floor would have been better.

We would totally stay again. Clean, easy check-in/check-out process. Parking was easy. The only complaints we had was not anything to do with the property. Ex: 26+ mph winds that howled around the building waking us up at night. Another ex: The person in the next parking space parking over the line.

Virtual check-in and 24/7 help are awesome features. Parking garage requires a remote to get in to help keep your vehicle secure. The property was clean and kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, soaps, and wash. Lots of natural light from the windows and comfortable sitting and dining area. Few bad things. The check-in instructions didn't match the physical lockbox items on the property and the 2nd room was not a king bed like advertised. Little to no AC airflow in the master bedroom so had to close vents in other areas; The air vents were dirty and bits of dust or mold flew off when closing them.

The apartment itself was nice. The parking is challenging. Access on check in is very difficult.

Fairly new property in good, clean condition. Had reserved parking spot which we used, but found our car absent the next day. Luckily we ran across a person at the office that was able to tell us our car had been towed by mistake (they also mistakenly towed the car parked next to us). Otherwise, we never saw anyone on site to talk to. We spent $30 and an afternoon Ubering to the car storage and retrieving our car (half way across Dallas). The purpose of our trip that day was ruined. Wasted the cost of one night’s stay. My wife was greatly distressed and wanted to change to another place fearing that our car would be towed again. Our trip reservation company contacted Kasa and reported to us that Kasa said our car had been towed because we parked in the wrong space (not true). We therefore couldn’t change our accommodations. The third night we were returning to the apartments and found a different car parked in our reserved space. (It didn’t get towed.) I had to scrounge around to find a space to park on the street. We have communicated w Kasa since and expressed extreme disappointment. They sent us a $50 gift card for our trouble. This barely covered the cost of the Uber, did nothing to help with the wasted night’s lodging, and did nothing to replace the lost time with our new granddaughter. Our experience highlighted the poor communication they have with their customers and their lack of concern for our problems caused by their mistake.

The apartment itself was great and beautiful. The non-working elevator and parking were major issues given that I was renting this unit specifically for major surgery. The amount of walking that was required to get from the unit to a working elevator and then to the car was A LOT. The parking during check-in and check-out is crazy. The elevator "key" was missing upon our arrival so we were stuck there waiting for a good samaritan to let us up. Then we were plagued with the elevator just outside the unit that didn't work. So you have to walk a ways to a working elevator. When we were checking out it was worse because you are now leaving without any elevator key, so when we got off at the wrong floor, we were locked in the residence garage. We had to find an exit to the street and then walk up the ramp to the garage. We had people who parked in our reserved parking spot during the stay which meant that we could get towed ourselves being in the wrong spot... it was a nightmare in this way. Lovely unit though.

This property was ideal for attending a Bible conference that was at Trinity Bible Church, just two blocks walking distance. The two bedroom, two bathroom was ideal with a very beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, untensils, dishwasher, etc. Did not use the washing machine or dryer but that was nice to have if needed. This was so nice and I hope to stay there again. Swimming pool was enjoyed! I would say the only downfall, and that is not Kasa's fault, was on Friday night there was loud music at the bar/establishment at the end of the block, this property was next to the SMU campus and so I kind of figured it was college age celebrating their weekend. But the accomdations were great and I give it 5 stars all around. The Krogers grocery store nearby was great and it was great to make our own food, saving money by not dining out. Close to the Bush Presidential Library too, which was enjoyable.
