Shuttle bus to the beach. Manager and some people at the desk were friendly. Interior hotel looks nice.

They charge a resort fee, but then they closed the pool for a private event! Sorry but you can’t do that to people. Parking / entrance, very unclear and busy with cars. Some people at the front desk can use some extra training. No refill of water or coffee in the room for the second night / day.
