The buffet breakfast had an enormous range of dishes and the gym was huge and very well equipped. Beautiful grounds.

The villa was nice, new and modern. The pool area is nice and staff brought us towels and swimming tubes for us and the kids without being asked. The Kids Club attendant was very engaging and attentive to our kids. Food at breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We were very pleasantly surprised by the size and appearance of the villas compared to the price we paid. Gardens were beautifully maintained and the property was only a short walk to restaurants. The hotel was very accommodating with our request to store our excess luggage while we went on an overnight cruise after checking out of the hotel.

Air conditioning in the rooms is nice and cold, but the stairs and areas just outside the bedrooms stay quite hot. The Kids Club was constantly closed and you have to have staff call over another staff member to open it. The Kids Club smelled a bit musty, the air conditioning wasn’t on when we came in and the toilet floor downstairs was dusty. We could not open the doors to the balcony or private garden area. We were checking in at midnight, was assured the baby cot we asked for was already prepared - but it wasn’t. A few of our air conditioning controllers were flashing warnings that filters needed cleaning.

Loved it here, facilities and pool were very good. Very happy with our stay, staff was helpful and lovely. Buffet breakfast had lots of variety and range. Kitchen staff were lovely people can't fault at all. Can't wait to stay here again.

Virkelig flot resort, men det sødeste personale. Da de så vi var der med små Børn opgraderede de os med det samme til en større villa med mere plads i haven. Derudover var de virkelig hjælpsomme med at booke ture osv. de lånte os endda penge da vores kort ikke Virkede.

Stedet ligger ikke i gåafstand til noget seværdigt. Her skal man tage taxa, de kunne godt udleje cykler så man kunne cykle ind til den mere spændende del af Ha Long. Derudover bør restauranten investerer i en god pizzaovn - for pizzaen var virkelig under niveau.
