The facilities, garden, furniture and bedding are luxurious.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, having stayed in April. The previous room was clean, but this time, room 117 is in poor condition. There was a lot of dust, and if you touch the curtains, dust falls off. There was a dried, long-dead cockroach in the drawer under the sink. I took a picture. The cleanliness of the buffet is also lacking. I went there yesterday and when I got to my table, the egg I dropped yesterday was still hardened. And the worst part is that when cleaning the tables at the buffet, they don't replace the placemats but just wipe them with a dishcloth. The problem is, they use that dishcloth to wipe the backs of the chairs and then wipe the dining area mats again. This luxury resort needs to overhaul its cleaning process and system.

Es una villa espectacular. De Lino. Dos habitaciones enormes. Un salón cocina fantásticos. Lavadora. Wifi. El desayuno es excelente. Las piscinas. La vista de las piscinas. Es un lugar de lujo. La atención del personal de 10. Excelente elección.

Great to stay clean, comfortable and close to everything... food was great, staff were wonderful and special mention to reception who were superb...highly recommend

Alles was modern en schoon. Twee enorme zwembaden, fitness, pickleball. Ontbijt was heel uitgebreid. Echt heel goed voor elkaar. Receptie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het was zo groot, dat het wat massaal en sfeer aanvoelde. Zeker bij het ontbijt, waar het galmde. Het lijkt af en toe meer op een luxe huisjespark dan een hotel. Op zich ligt het direct aan strand en dus goede locatie. Maar weet niet of halong bay zelf een top locatie is.
