Perfect location, amazing shared terrace views

couch and duvet and bedspreads were dated and had stains- a freshen up of those things would make it a lot more presentable

Clean. Comfortable. Everything was walkable.

We had some trouble finding it. We walked from the train station to the facility. Maybe a larger sign would have helped.

It was clean, had everything you needed, only thing was we couldn’t use hairdryer as it didn’t fit the socket. Other than this we loved it

The fact you needed a key to get out of the property even if you do not have a car

Fans were filthy and there were no cleaning products and cloths or paper towels to clean them. There was a giant spider web in the window of one of the bedrooms. Couch looks dirty. Hard to find even with detailed instructions.

Amazing. Loved the location and how homey it felt.

The location was good - Very convenient- spacious apartment. Multiple fans - with no A/C they were necessary in the extreme heat.

The shower broke on the first evening. Maintenance came the next evening to fix it. There was considerable mould in one of the bedrooms - the maintenance guy kindly cleaned it up. Cleaning staff SHOULD have dealt with it. The parking situation is exceptionally bad - there were occasions when there was nowhere to park - the road was full; the garage was full; the next village was full. We were moved on by police and would be ticketed if we parked anywhere else.

Few housekeeping issues were not sorted. No upstairs lights for 4 nights had to use table lamps. This was reported but not fixed. Few electrical items didn't work including a fan.
