Aircon is not working well on twin bed room category.. especially mid day my children were uncomfortable. We requested to turn the jacuzzi but no one come to assist us.
PHPHI like the room its big enough for us and separate toilet and shower. Beddings are soft and comfortable to sleep.
The staff were courteous and quickly process our check-in however after we call again through phone, they seem unaware of what we had requested like additional pax and they are not aware we had paid. So we followed up our request 3x
