Difficult to get food or drink when we arrived.
PHRooms are spacious and really well kept. Huge toilet and bath and we appreciate the recliner chairs , work table in the rooms. There are also free massage chairs available in certain floors. Didn’t swim but pool looks nice and inviting. Staff were courteous and approachable. Located in a quiet but still accessible part of Clark with some shops and 24H Korean store nearby.
Check in is strictly at 3PM, instead of 2PM which is usually the standard in PH. They would not consider even if there are available rooms already. We paid for extra fees just to check in by 2:30pm since we were so tired from the long drive to Clark. Ridiculous fee per missing key card considering the price of the rooms, in most mid range/ top hotels now it is even disposable or not asked back anymore. It would also be nice if they have an in house spa.
