PHThe room that we got was really comfortable and spacious. And the location is good - near Clark Parade Grounds.
The bathroom had an odd design for the shower area causing the water to overspill over the floor.

AUI have booked at Hotel Seoul for my mom's birthday & according to them the pool was good & the place was clean.
There was no lift going to the 3rd floor. My parents are nearly 70y/o and it was quite difficult for them to go up & down the stairs. Their request for a room change was declined as they were told that the hotel was fully booked.

USPHPHPHThe staff are very nice, courteous, and helpful. I was greeted by everyone every time I pass by them. The area is nice it's close to the jog area and very convenient and quiet. I had the whole room for myself even though I booked a capsule room so that was a huge delight.
My only concern for the capsule room is that the outer part of it feels a bit flimsy and there is evident crack on the entrance of the door but it wasn't major just an observation.
