La Placita Inn

We love La Placita Inn it is are go to every time we visit. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to easily walk to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are modern and very clean. Truly isn’t a better place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at La Placita Inn. The staff were very kind and attentive. I was able to easily book my round trip airport transfer through them. I also was able to easily get a taxi through them to get to a restaurant one night. The free breakfast is delicious and doesn’t take long to be served. La Placita also has some food options as well, but they take time to prepare the food so be just aware of that, but the food there is delicious. They also have a convenience store where you can buy water and other things you may need in La Placita as well. The hotel is located in a perfect location, right in the middle of West Bay beach and there are reserved beach chairs for you to use and umbrellas as well. There is also a pool that you have access to at the neighbouring hotel Mayan Princess, but I didn’t use it since I preferred the ocean but it looked well kept and clean, not busy whenever I passed it. The rooms were spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked, but i really needed the ceiling fan to get the temperature I wanted. Fresh towels and bedding were replaced by housekeeping. Overall this was a great hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Best value for West Bay area! Loved the service/staff and my room!

I had an amazing Birthday long weekend. The breakfast was top notch. You actually get to order from a menu and it isn't a buffet. That was something that was good for us. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. The option of the plaza was great. We do share a pool with the hotel next door but it wasn't bad at all. Besides one of the security guys yelling at us from moving the beach shares and not lining them up like he wanted them. Everything was fine. Some of the beach chairs had bird poo and he wasn't happy that we moved them around to get cleaner ones. LOL Besides that everything was Great!!

La Placita Inn is a small hotel but it's very convenient..the beach is 1 minute..beautiful pool..it's surrounded by other hotels which made it look like one big hotel...everyone is amazing..the staff is so helpful...we will be back again to stay there...everything was amazing.

Loved everything about this place the music the vibe will definitely stay again. Only complaint I have is they need to clean the shower heads
