Acadia Pines Motel

Leak in bathroom looked like dark pee coming from under sink. Stepped in it and cleaned it up multiple times.

Clean & bed was vary comfortable

no breakfast provide, location is good

Location was great in relation to other activities and Acadia NP.

Room #16 had an extremely foul odor (septic/sewer) in the bathroom. Their solution was to dump bleach down the drains; as soon as the overwhelming bleach odor dissipated the foul sewer odor returned. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but left after 3 nights. The office staff was less than helpful. Ice is only available if the office is open.

check in went well and the housekeeper was pleasant.

the bathroom had pubic hair in the bathtub ,shower curtain was wrinkled ,towel rack holder was off the wall ,paint chipping off of bathroom sink tiles.

Cottage style and relaxing area outside the room.

The bathroom floor was rotted and spongy although you could not see it under linoleum.
